Is all the wine on this site available now?
Yes, all wines on this site are in stock and ready for shipment from our warehouse in Nuriootpa, South Australia. If a wine is not in stock it will be marked out of stock.

Is this site secure?
Yes, it is built using Shopify, one of the biggest e-commerce platforms in the world. 

What is the ordering process?
Successful orders will receive an order confirmation email. If you have not received a confirmation email, please check your junk or spam folder. You will receive another email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

What payment types does HATCH Wines accept?
Credit Cards - Visa, MasterCard, American Express

 

Shipping

We only ship to Australian addresses and cannot ship to PO Boxes.

When will you ship my order?
Orders will be processed within 2 business days. Orders are processed Monday to Friday.

How much is shipping?
Please refer to the shipping rates page.

How long will delivery take?
Please refer to the estimated delivery times page.

Can I track my order?
Yes, you will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Where is my order shipped from?
All orders are dispatched from the HATCH Wines warehouse in Nuriootpa, South Australia.

What delivery partners does HATCH Wines use?
We use Australia Post.

How do you process a return?
Please contact us at: info@hatchwines.com.au to commence the returns process. Customers are responsible for shipping costs incurred from posting the items back to us. It is recommended to use a trackable postage service.We will credit the original method of payment, excluding shipping charges. Please allow 10 days from receipt of your item for us to process the return.
